Aged for 21 days with well-defined micro marbling and high levels of Omega 3, it creates a flavor experience previously thought unimaginable. This is a premium cut, beloved by chefs but easy to cook.
The Lamb Rib Plate is the entire full plate of ribs with the Lamb Belly/Breast attached. It is part of the Breast primal cut from the lamb. The cut can be trimmed more of fat if desired. This cut of lamb is ideal for slow roasting in the oven and also cooked slowly on a smoker or grill.
